How do I register my vehicle?
Before registering a resident vehicle, you will need the following information:
• Year, make, model, color & license plate, including the state
• Address that you will be residing at
• Full name that is on file with the leasing office
• E-Mail and Phone number that is on file with the leasing office

Parking Rules and Regulations
- All vehicles must properly registered and display a visible parking pass.
- Passes must be unobstructed and fully visible from the front of the vehicle.
- Resident passes must adhere to the inside lower driver’s side windshield.
- Guest passes must be printed and placed face up on the dashboard, visible and unobstructed.
- Parking is allowed in “valid” parking spots indicated between two marked parallel lines.
- Parking in Handicapped spots require a visible handicap plate, hanger, placard and a valid Meadows parking pass.
- Tampering with immobilization devices may result in fines.
- Hazardous parking is not allowed.
- Residents must pay fines within 24 hours; failure may lead to immobilization and a fee.
- Vehicles must comply with Michigan state law.
- Exceptions need approval from Meadows Crossing within 48 hours.
- No parking in “reserved” spots without prior authorization from Meadows Crossing Management.
- Each Resident is permitted to have one operable vehicle registered.
- No liability for theft or damage to vehicles on the premises.
- No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, large trucks, or vans without consent from the Leasing Office.
- No parking in non-designated areas such as; roadway, walkway, driveway, or any other area not specifically designated for parking.
- Violations: REGISTERED VEHICLES
- 1st- Warning with 24 hours to resolve. (i.e. A parking pass is not adhered to the windshield)
- 2nd- A fine will be issued, must resolve within 24 hours, or face immobilization and a fee.
- 3rd or more- Vehicle immobilization with $62 fee will be added to vehicle. (removal fee increases $10/day, may be towed after 3 days).
- Lost, damaged, or stolen passes: Report to the Leasing Office; invalid or “old” passes will be replaced with a new Resident Parking Permit.
- Fake, forged, or altered passes result in immobilization.
- Rentals, repairs, or replacements:
- Rental vehicles must have a valid guest pass.
- Borrowed unregistered vehicles must have a valid guest pass.
- Report any vehicle replacements in order to obtain a new parking pass. $20.00 registration fee applies.
- Parking passes are valid only at the registered property you live at.
- Parking Passes become invalid at move-out, eviction, or lease expiration.
- Verbal rules or exceptions do not apply.
- Meadows Crossing may revoke passes anytime.
- Rules may be updated or amended by Landlord or Landlord’s Management.
