Meadows Crossing has an online parking pass system that is simple and convenient for everyone to use. At any time residents can print a pass for their guests to place on their car dashboards and park wherever there is an available parking space within the lot. At other apartment communities residents can only obtain guest parking passes during business hours.

We offer 10 payment and 12 payment leases. Please call the leasing office at (616) 892-2700 or schedule a tour for our current rates and specials. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.

Yes. We have a financial aid payment option available on most lease terms.* When you come to the leasing office, just bring your financial aid letter with you. That letter will indicate how much aid you will receive and when your aid will be paid.

*May & June lease terms do not offer financial aid payment plans.

Parking is a problem at other apartment communities near GVSU because they do not provide a parking space for each resident. This creates limited resident and guest parking. Parking is not a problem at Meadows Crossing because the number of parking spaces exceeds the number of residents. So there are plenty of resident and guest parking spaces available at Meadows Crossing.

All townhomes and apartments are completely furnished and come standard with a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, 55-inch, flat screen Smart TV, 4 bar stools for the snack counter, and full-size washer and dryer. We are so close that it’s simple for students to walk or bike to school for exercise or to enjoy good weather.

Yes. That is very possible. It would be best if you and your friends all came to the office together to select where you would like to live. If necessary, we can come to your meeting and get you signed up together. However, since time is limited, it would be best for you to stop by the office. To ensure that you are living as close together as possible, this should be done as soon as possible. There are facilities at the community building where you may hold your meetings. You would need to make advance arrangements with the on-site management to ensure availability of facilities.

Meadows Crossing is now accepting leases. Stop by anytime to sign up! Townhomes will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. The leasing office is located in Building B, at the front of the complex, off of 48th Avenue and West Campus Dr. in Allendale, Michigan.
