Good Customer Care Is Central to Our Mission

Meadows Crossing is very proud of the outstanding facilities and amenities that we offer our residents, but we are also proud of the customer care that we give to them. Some apartment complexes try to hook residents with a bunch of flash and giveaways. This is an easy way to get attention. We have found that our residents prefer responsive maintenance, prompt property management, and good old-fashioned customer service. Let’s talk about how we take care of the people who live here in our apartment community.

The Meadows Crossing Mission Statement 

Meadows Crossing’s mission is to help our residents achieve their college goals by providing a high-quality living environment that is safe, carefree, inspiring, fun and fulfilling.  We want students here to be able to focus on their pursuit of higher education.

A poor living environment creates stress and distracts people from meeting their goals and succeeding. When students have to spend time worrying about a maintenance issue, the lease renewal process, or another property problem that causes stress, we view that as a failure on our part.

Good Customer Care is Central to Our Mission

What do we view as good customer care? Consistent service and respect for our residents. This shows in our:

  • Prompt response to emails and phone calls
  • Quick action by maintenance staff
  • Smooth lease renewal process

We vet our staff by how well they work with residents and the kindness, patience, and empathy they show. As part of our training process, we check to make sure that all of our staff know what our mission is, have the resources they need to fulfill it, and are working to be positive, welcoming, and helpful. 

We believe that our outstanding Google rating reflects that. In 2020 we were named the #1 Off-Campus Student Housing Property in the Nation because of our Google reviews. These reviews come from real people who have lived in our apartment community. The details that they leave in their comments tell the story of what it’s like to live here better than we can ourselves. 

We believe that the daily interactions our residents here have with our staff and other students is the most important factor in our success. Students want to know they’re going to be taken care of promptly and their concerns will be addressed with respect.
