Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, is a four-year college that offers over 200+ areas of study. The college attracts students from all walks of life from across the United States as well as internationally.
Grand Valley has achieved many goals and national attention in the last few years. Quoting from GVSU’s website:

What ultimately brought GVSU to the attention of TV viewers nationwide, was its football team. When the Grand Valley Lakers beat Valdosta State in the National Division II finals in 2002, they brought home the University’s first National Title. They didn’t give up there, though–they did it again in 2003, 2005, and 2006! These successes drew attention from a variety of places, including one of West Michigan’s most substantial businesses. And the rest, they say, is history.
Grand Valley State University is rich in history and diversity. It’s outstanding achievements and accomplishments, as well it’s persistence in pushing forward, has helped bring the university to the attention of thousands, nationally and internationally.
