Here at Meadows Crossing, we pride ourselves on making our tenants feel like family. To include our residents, Meadows Crossing offers free food as well as a variety of fun-filled events each month. These events are held weekly and are put on by Meadows Crossing's own event planning team.
Didn't know we had an event planning team? We do! The team consists of three Grand Valley State University students who all live at Meadows Crossing. They work in collaboration to provide you with rewarding activities and experiences. Let's get to know them a little better.
Hi! My name is Mika Cuper! I am 21 years old, studying Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Event Planning. My dream job is to open my own event planning agency somewhere down South where the weather is always warm! In my opinion, Meadows Crossing's GVSU student apartments stand out because of all its amenities. The pool is my favorite, and I really enjoy the staff we have in the office. They always go above and beyond to help people. My favorite event that Meadows Crossing offers is the Griffins game outings held in the colder months of the year!
Hello, I'm Josh McCoy! I am also 21 years old majoring in Medical Social Work. My dream job would be to work as a social worker in a children's hospital while also helping with the hospital's marketing department. Meadows Crossing sticks out for so many reasons. I love that there is a strong sense of community. There is always something going on which allows residents to get to know each other! The Splash Bash held the week before school starts is my favorite event that Meadows Crossing puts on. Everyone hangs out and free food and drinks are always provided. It's a weeklong pool party! What's not to love?!
Hey, everyone! My name is Rebecca Hansson. I am 21 years old, currently studying Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Hotel management. My dream job is to work my way up in a luxury hotel chain and become the general manager in a foreign country that also lets me travel to beautiful places! Meadows Crossing is a unique complex. The thing that sticks out to me the most is the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the staff. My favorite event that Meadows Crossing offers is the Zombie Walk during Halloween time! It's really fun to dress up like a zombie and watch everyone go all out during this event!
Our event department works hard to accommodate our residents! Look out for the event posters and emails and feel free to invite friends to any of our upcoming events. We'd love to see you there!
