Who’s heard of Allendale, Michigan? Well, you might be surprised. Allendale is the home of Grand Valley State University and its football team, the Lakers. This humble college started out with merely 226 students after first opening their doors in 1963, and today exceeds 24,000.

One of the newest and most accommodating is our student townhomes, Meadows Crossing. The two-and four-bedroom townhomes come fully furnished with bedrooms designed for one person. All bedrooms feature generous closet space, a private bathroom, and each is keyed for privacy. All you need to bring is your books, linens/bedding, kitchen items, and your personal things –everything else is provided for you. Living at Meadows Crossing means getting to do your laundry in your own apartment (each unit has its own washer and dryer) and being close to campus and the bus stop! There are no long walks or waits for the bus at Meadows Crossing!
