What to Expect from the Off-Campus Leasing Process
If you are a freshman, you may never have leased an apartment before. If you don’t know what the process is like, don’t worry. We will make it very painless for you. If you are considering renting at Meadows Crossing, you can click here to schedule a tour via our website, call and schedule one, or drop in at the leasing office during our open hours! One of our Community Assistants will be able to show you around the property, including the amenities our complex has and a townhome model unit.
The tours with our Community Assistants take about 30 minutes. We begin by highlighting our different floor plans so that you can see what you will have to choose from in each unit. From there we will show you the highlights of our property, beginning in the leasing office. Many of these highlights are unique to our community. We have designed and implemented them to make student life easier and more enjoyable for our current and future residents.

If bathroom privacy is important to you, we offer private full bathrooms in every bedroom. We also have half bathrooms located in the common areas of most units so that no one has to sacrifice their bathroom privacy to any visitors who may come over to your apartment.
Meadows Crossing also provides a generous amount of parking spaces for our residents and an online parking pass system for them and their guests. If you have a car, you can park it in any space in our parking lot – including the carports! You will only be steps away from the front door of your townhome after parking your vehicle.
Our units are fully furnished and offer great storage space. There are closets in every bedroom and throughout the common areas in most units. Moving in and out is a breeze because most of what you will need to live comfortably is already here provided for you. That will save you (and your parents) both time and expense.
