Strong Community and Quality of Life

Meadows Crossing: Where Community and Quality of Life Thrive

Meadows Crossing, which is located in Allendale Township, is directly across the street from Grand Valley State University. We believe in building a strong community for our student residents. One way we do that is by active communication with our residents, utilizing a personalized and interactive app, called LIVLY.

LIVLY serves as an all-in-one resident platform for communication with both the leasing office staff and fellow residents. LIVLY is also used to keep our residents informed about important community announcements, events, and updates at Meadows Crossing.

Another way we strive to build a strong community at Meadows Crossing is by offering services to residents during those crucial moments when they are needed most. Whether you encounter an after-hours maintenance emergency or accidentally lock yourself out of your unit, residents can reach out to the after-hours maintenance emergency line for assistance during times outside business hours.

Cleanliness of Units and Community

Meadows Crossing believes in the importance of residents taking responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of their personal space around the unit. Residents are kindly asked to avoid leaving items such as cans, bottles, or trash strewn about or in bags outside their units. This thoughtful behavior helps contribute to the cleanliness and general comfort of the shared common areas.

Meadows Crossing provides recycling and cardboard-only bins located within designated dumpsters. Residents have convenient options for disposing of recyclable materials and cardboard in an environmentally friendly way.

Regarding outdoor items like yard games, tables, or chairs, residents are advised to either store them on concrete pads behind their units or bring them indoors when not in use. This practice ensures that these items don’t obstruct common areas and allows the landscaping and grounds teams to access these spaces easily for maintenance purposes.

Quiet Hours

We believe in promoting a harmonious and pleasant community living environment for all residents. To achieve this, there are designated quiet hours in place. These quiet hours are in effect every day of the week, starting at 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and at 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. During these hours, it’s kindly requested that residents be mindful and considerate of their neighbors and their roommates.

The purpose of these quiet hours is to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful and restful living environment. Especially during the evening and nighttime hours when most people seek relaxation and quietude. It’s worth noting that violations of these quiet hours may lead to fines. However, it’s hoped that by showing consideration for one another’s need for a peaceful living space, residents can collectively contribute to a welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.

Pet Owners

Meadows Crossing is a pet-friendly community, however, animal ownership is no light task. Dog owners are kindly reminded to promptly pick up after their pets. Please keep pet waste bags with you at all times so you can always have some handy. If residents do not have a bag with them, there are convenient pet waste stations throughout the property. For cat and small pet owners, it’s encouraged to routinely maintain litter boxes, and cages, and immediately clean up any indoor pet-related messes. This helps prevent fines associated with pet odors and potential damages.

Fostering and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance throughout the Community is essential for enhancing the quality of life for all residents. When everyone contributes to a clean and well-organized environment, it benefits the well-being and comfort of everyone living here.

The management team expresses their gratitude to residents for adhering to these community reminders and contributing to the pleasant atmosphere of Meadows Crossing. We look forward to a successful year with both new and returning residents!
