Meadows Crossing residents have it easy with convenient bus stops, or they can easily walk or bike to campus because the distance is small and manageable. Our location is the closest to Grand Valley’s campus, on the corner of 48th Avenue and West Campus Drive – just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the university. 
  2. Bus Stop Convenience – At Meadows Crossing there’s a GVSU bus stop at each end of our community. This means that no Meadows Crossing resident has to walk more than 550 feet to get to a bus stop. So convenient! 
  3. Townhomes vs. ApartmentsTownhomes offer clear advantages to residents over traditional apartment configurations. Townhomes have private entrances to the outside world, whereas apartments have shared entryways. They are much safer during a pandemic because fewer areas are shared.
